  • Can I register as a new patient?

    At the moment, we are not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, there is no waiting list available.

  • I removed a tick. What do I have to do?

  • How do I put my doctor's website on the home screen of my iPhone or iPad?

    Open Safari. Go to your doctor's website. Tap the Share button at the bottom (top of the iPad). ... Tap Add to Home Screen. If necessary, tap the name of the site and type a different name. Tap Add. The site icon is now on the home screen.

  • How do I put my doctor's website on the home screen of my Android phone?

    Open the Chrome browser. Go to your doctor's website. Tap an icon with three dots at the top right. Tap 'Add to Home Screen'. Give the site a recognizable title or leave the default name. Tap 'Add > Add'. The site icon is now on the home screen.

  • How do I request my repeat medication?

    We kindly ask you to do this via our portal. This prevents errors and saves us a lot of time that we can use to provide better care.

  • Can I have my PrEP care taken care of by you?

    No, given the growing task list for us as general practitioners, we have decided not to take over this care. We refer you to the GGD or https://prepnu.nl/artsen/

  • Do you also provide travel advice and vaccinations?

  • I am over 26 years old and would like to have HPV vaccinations

    THE GGD provides vaccinations up to and including the age of 26. If you are older, you can have yourself vaccinated at your own expense at: stadskliniek-vaccinaties.nl, vaccinatieopmaat.nl and thuisvaccinatie .nl

  • What are the costs for blood tests, urine or stool tests and STD cultures?

    The costs for this are deducted from your deductible. You can find the costs on the STAR-SHL website. Stool test are expensive, they cost easily above 300 euro.

  • Why am I getting an email from Viduet?

    For patients who need regular check-ups, we have entered into a partnership with the company Viduet. Together with them, we ensure that your appointment takes place on time and is well prepared. They will send you e-mail messages on behalf of our practice. Such a message may be, for example, an invitation to schedule an appointment with us. We appreciate it if you respond to such a request.

    Check your portal under 'My Personal Information.' If you see 's' Gravenland Pharmacy' or 'Printapotheek,' it means we don’t have your pharmacy details yet. Please share this via e-consult. If you change pharmacies, remember to inform us, as pharmacies do not notify us of updates

  • What do I need to use the patient portal?

    If you do not yet have login details, please contact the practice to request them.

    You can easily make a telephone appointment via the website. You choose the moment that suits you best. The practice will contact you at the chosen time.

  • How do I make an appointment at the practice?

    At our practice you have direct contact with your GP. Together we will determine whether it makes sense for you to come to the practice or whether it is not necessary. Handy, because this means you don't always have to come to the practice. If it is desirable for you to come to the practice, the GP will immediately schedule a follow-up consultation with you.
