To help us answer your question as quickly and carefully as possible, the e-consult is closed from Friday after 17:30 until Monday at 7:30. Over the weekend and especially on Monday mornings we usually receive a very large number of e-consults at the same time. This makes it difficult to give everyone timely and proper attention and to keep regular practice care running smoothly.
By closing the e-consult during this time, we hope that questions will be spread more evenly throughout the week. This allows us to respond faster and helps prevent unnecessary waiting times.
